Test kit ease with photometer accuracy.

Basic soil management tests are a snap with this photometer-based Soil Management Kit. It gives you the means to assess principal nutrients,--like nitrate nitrogen, phosphate, potassium and magnesium--and to check soil pH, lime requirement and calcium.

Principal nutrients are tested using the included Photometer 5000 in conjunction with the tablet extraction and reagent systems. Soil pH and lime requirement use the Soiltester pH block. Calcium test is based on the Palintest tablet count method. Kit includes a carrying case and enough extraction and reagent tablets for 50 of each type of test.

Ideal for monitoring water quality in streams, ponds and lakes.

Uses cost-effective and easy-to-use drop-count titration, color disc colorimetry and the Pocket Pal™ pH Tester. Measures ammonia (0–2.5mg/L), free and total chlorine (0–3.5mg/L), nitrate (0–50mg/L), dissolved oxygen (0.2–4, 1–20mg/L), pH (0–14), phosphorous (0–1, 0–5, 0–50mg/L) and temperature (–1° to 48°C, –30° to 120°F).

Lightweight kit is outfitted to give you all the tests and sampling flexibility you need. Supplies for 100 tests (200 hours for pH). Rugged carrying case holds water samples and liquid reagents in an upright position.
